Organized by FESPA, FESPA Mexico is one of the leading professional printing exhibitions in Mexico and Latin America. Held concurrently with Expo Producción, the event brings together around 200 exhibiting companies across approximately 18,000 square meters of exhibition space. The show covers a wide range of applications and technologies, including wide-format digital printing, textile printing, screen printing, dye sublimation, 3D printing, packaging and label printing, signage and personalized products. It provides an important platform for industry professionals to explore new technologies and connect with suppliers of equipment and materials.

A key focus was to introduce the new exhibition plan for DPES CHINA 2027. The event will move to Area B of the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou, with 13 exhibition halls opening together across a total exhibition area of 130,000 square meters. The expanded show will bring together a broader range of technologies and applications covering digital printing, textile printing, engraving and cutting, advertising and signage, advertising materials, LED and optoelectronics, graphic and quick printing, and more.

The team also distributed Spanish-language invitations to DPES CHINA 2027, welcoming professional buyers from Mexico and across Latin America to visit Guangzhou in February 2027 and explore the latest products, technologies and developments in China's advertising and printing industry.

Market Insights from Mexico

Strong interest in Chinese equipment

Mexico's digital printing market remains active, with many local exhibitors expanding their portfolios through multi-brand distribution. There was strong interest in wide-format printers, UV flatbed printers, DTF equipment, engraving and cutting systems, and other related technologies.

With China's established manufacturing capabilities and extensive range of products, Chinese suppliers have become an important sourcing option for local businesses. Several Chinese brands were also visible at the exhibition, including LIYU, GONGZHENG, ALLWIN, FORTUNE, AUDLEY, DLICAN, SKYCOLOR, EYECOLOR AND FLORA, among others.

Distributors play a key role

Given the geographical scale of Mexico and the broader Latin American market, distributors and dealers play an important role in equipment sales, technical support and after-sales services.

During discussions, several local distributors noted that, in addition to equipment performance and pricing, they also pay close attention to manufacturers' product innovation, technical support, spare-parts availability and overseas service capabilities. They are looking for reliable suppliers with whom they can build long-term partnerships.

Growing potential in textile printing

Mexico has a well-established garment manufacturing and textile industry. As demand for customized products and small-batch production continues to grow, technologies such as DTF, dye sublimation and screen printing are seeing broader application.

DTF equipment, in particular, has a significant presence in the local textile printing market. Many local companies are looking to further expand their sourcing of equipment, consumables and supporting solutions from China.

During the discussions, several professional buyers commented that China has a mature digital printing manufacturing ecosystem and extensive production resources. They also recognized the value of DPES CHINA as a platform that brings together numerous quality manufacturers and direct suppliers from China, making it easier for international buyers to explore the latest industry trends, compare suppliers and identify potential business partners.

Continuing to Connect with Global Markets

The FESPA Mexico 2026 promotion marked an important stop in DPES CHINA 2027's continued engagement with the Latin American market.

By visiting a major local industry exhibition and communicating directly with distributors, manufacturers and end users, the DPES team gained a closer understanding of the actual needs of the Mexican and wider Latin American markets, while introducing DPES CHINA to more professionals in the region.

The team will continue visiting key international markets and engaging directly with professional buyers through targeted overseas promotion. Through these efforts, DPES CHINA 2027 aims to further connect China's manufacturing resources with professional buyers and business opportunities from around the world.
